At Pure Essence Jewels, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
    • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds for purchases made with a card will be issued to the original payment method.
    • For cash payments, refunds will be processed via Interac e-Transfer.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
